Do you only offer support in EU / Ireland? No. Our services are fully adaptable and delivered online, so we can support your business anywhere in the world. We already assist clients across multiple countries, ensuring your systems align with recognised international standards.

Do you just provide advice, or do you handle the paperwork too? Both. We can simply guide your team, collaborate with your SHE Representatives, or fully manage your Health & Safety documentation — including policies, risk assessments, checklists, and training records.

Can we book a one-off consultation instead of an ongoing service? Absolutely. Many clients start with a single consultation to review their current setup or discuss a specific challenge, then decide whether ongoing support would be beneficial.

Can you help us work towards ISO certification or compliance (e.g. ISO 45001, 9001, 14001)? Yes — and we make the process simple. We help you build a clear roadmap to meet the requirements of ISO standards without unnecessary jargon or complexity, guiding you at your own pace.

What’s the difference between your part-time advisor service and hiring a full-time Safety Officer? Our part-time model gives you the same level of professional expertise and oversight — but only when you need it. You save significantly on salary and overhead costs, while still getting consistent, expert guidance for your SHE Reps and management team.

How often will our ISOPOINT Advisor visit or engage with us? That depends on your package.Most clients choose a set schedule (such as one day per week or per month), but we tailor the frequency to your specific business needs and budget. Remote support is always included.

Can ISOPOINT train our internal SHE Representatives? Yes.We specialise in upskilling your team through practical training and mentoring, helping your SHE Reps feel confident to manage day-to-day safety tasks effectively. Do you provide on-site visits or only remote support? Our service is primarily remote for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, but on-site visits can be arranged when needed — such as for audits, inspections, or team training sessions.

Is your service suitable for small businesses? Definitely. We work with businesses of all sizes, but our part-time model is particularly beneficial for small and medium organisations that need professional support without full-time costs.
